1. Eligibility for Return

• You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Custom-made items (if applicable) or items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return unless faulty.
• To initiate a return, please email us with your order number, reason for return, and photographs showing the condition of the item (if defective).

2. Return Process

• Once your return request is approved, you’ll be provided with return instructions.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
• Please use a trackable shipping method and keep proof of shipment, as we cannot process a refund until we receive the returned item.
